The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, the Capitol, and Carroll College, offering easy access to various attractions. The rooms are reasonably priced but lack a proper work area, and security concerns may arise due to the high shelf and limited seating. The service is outstanding, particularly from the front counter gentleman, and guests can enjoy excellent amenities like housekeeping, laundry, and pet services. However, the presence of a nearby homeless shelter can be a drawback.
